Privacy Policy

Prime Fitness (the “App”) is operated by Mohammed Faqihi (“we”). Privacy is built into the product: the App is local-first, we never sell your data, and we use no advertising or tracking. This policy explains what we collect, why, where it is stored, who we share it with, and your rights.

1. Data we collect

• Fitness profile: your name (optional), level, goal, equipment, and weekly days/minutes.
• Measurements: weight, height, and body measurements you enter.
• Progress: completed sessions, achievements, and your calendar plan.
• Coach messages: the messages you send to the in-app AI coach.
• Subscription status: whether your subscription is active (via Apple/Google and RevenueCat).

We do NOT collect: payment details (handled by Apple/Google), contacts, location, advertising identifiers, and we require no account or login.

2. Where your data is stored

• On your device first: your profile, measurements, and progress are stored locally.
• Optional cloud backup: if you create a “backup code,” your data is stored on our cloud (Convex) under a random code that only you control — no name or email required.

3. The AI Coach

When you message the coach, your message and relevant context from your fitness profile (e.g., goal, equipment, latest weight) are sent to our secure server (coach.naqla.net), which uses a third-party AI provider to generate the reply. This data is not used to train models, not linked to ads, and not sold. If you prefer not to share data with the AI provider, do not use the coach feature.

4. Health data (Apple Health / Health Connect)

With your permission only, the App writes your workout sessions to Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android) and reads your active energy to show real calories burned. Health data stays between the App and the health platform on your device — it is not sent to our servers or any third party, and never used for advertising.

5. Who we share with (service providers)

• An AI provider — to generate AI coach replies.
• Convex — to store the optional backup.
• RevenueCat and Apple/Google — to manage subscriptions and payments.

These providers process data only on our behalf to run the App and may not use it for their own purposes.

6. Retention & deleting your data

• Local data is deleted automatically when you uninstall the App.
• You can delete your cloud backup from within the App at any time.
• To request deletion of any remaining data, email us below; we act within 30 days.

7. Security

All communication is encrypted over HTTPS/TLS. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

8. Children

The App is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 13 (or the legal age in your country); we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the “Last updated” date above. Continued use means you accept the updated version.
